By Aaron Humes: Wednesday night’s shooting victim has been identified as Brian Neal.
Police rushed Neal, who sustained gunshot wounds to the right leg, to the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital (KHMH), where he remains at last report.
Preliminary information is that the shooting occurred near Amara Avenue.
Police are now investigating.
