By Aaron Humes: Dangriga Town police are on the scene of a traffic accident on the Southern Highway tonight.
Preliminary reports are that a Belize Defence Force support truck overturned near the Mayflower Bocawina resort on the Highway. Details as to casualties and the cause of the accident are not known at this time.
Police are investigating and drivers are urged to exercise caution going into the Christmas holidays as authorities will be on the lookout for any traffic offenses.
