By Aaron Humes: Residents of the Faber Road area experienced a sudden scare tonight as reports emerged of a barrage of gunfire in the vicinity. Eyewitnesses described hearing what sounded like a machine gun.
Police are currently deploying units to the scene to assess the situation and ensure public safety. As of now, further details regarding potential injuries or suspects have yet to be released.
Police are urging anyone with additional information or who may have witnessed the event to contact them.
