By Aaron Humes: Police sources say there was an armed robbery at Public’s Supermarket in San Pedro Town, Ambergris Caye, earlier tonight.
Customers were reportedly present inside the establishment when the robbery occurred. Police have responded to the scene and are currently investigating the matter.
Reports are that a security guard was shot during the armed robbery. The injured guard was taken to the polyclinic for medical attention.
