By Zoila Palma: Police are investigating an armed robbery that occured around 5:45 p.m. today at Anna’s Supermarket on George Price Highway in Santa Elena Town, Cayo District.
Reports indicate that two (2) armed culprits entered the store and held up the cashier.
Police are currently on the scene.
This is the second armed robbery in Santa Elena Town within days. Tropigas’ Santa Elena branch was robbed on Thursday evening.
