BREAKING: Another member of the Hyde family falls victim to gun violence as Ryan Hyde succumbs to gunshot injuries

By Jose Luis Cruz: Ryan Hyde, a resident of Cotton Tree, succumbed late today while receiving treatment for gunshot injuries at the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital (KHMH).

Hyde was shot to the head on Friday night and was initially transported to the Western Regional Hospital for treatment. He was later transferred to the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital (KHMH) for more specialized treatment.

Ryan Hyde is the latest member of the Hyde family in the Roaring Creek and Cotton Tree area of the Cayo District to fall victim to turf tensions and gun violence. 

Police continue their investigations into this shooting and have now classified Hyde’s death as murder.
