Police are at the building guarding the property, awaiting word from there Commissioner of Police on whether the members from the Alliance will be granted access to the property.

Albert area representative Tracey Taegar-Panton affirmed that a Party trustee let them in, but police are currently blocking entry into the main conference hall on the second floor.

Panton was joined by 3 attorneys including Sheena Pitts, Orson Elrington and Godwin Haylock. The attorneys are near the door speaking to the police. Pitts said that their letter of authorization was sent to the commissioner of police.

Pitts said that they are not there to forcibly storm the building but to occupy and continue the business of the party.
