Editora Educación Emergente (EEE) will celebrate the publication of artist Rafael Trelles’s Fabulaciones on Thursday, October 2, 2025, at 7:00pm, at the Museum of San Juan (Cine Teatro Auditorium), in Old San Juan, Puerto Rico. This event is free and open to the public.
The book launch includes a presentation by the incomparable visual artist, writer, and performer Antonio Martorell; music by Enrique Cárdenas; and poetry readings by Teresa Hernández, Kairiana Núñez, and Trelles himself.
EEE writes, “Described by its author, Puerto Rican painter Rafael Trelles, as a poetic prose ‘between rapture and perplexity,’ the texts that comprise Fabulaciones straddle microfiction and aphorism, narrative and poetry, expression and symbol, painting and writing, to offer us an ode to the imagination in the midst of a sense of defenselessness.”
