By Zoila Palma: Over the weekend, the Belmopan City Council and Minister Oscar Mira hosted a vibrant night market and Christmas tree lighting ceremony.
Mayor Pablo Cawich extended heartfelt appreciation to Mira and RECONDEV.
“From festive lights dancing across the Market grounds to the smiles, music, and laughter shared throughout the evening, the event was a heartwarming reminder of the strength and togetherness of our Belmopan community,” the Belmopan City Council said.
The Belmopan City Council also thanked all the vendors who contributed with delicious treats, unique crafts, and holiday cheer, creating a vibrant and welcoming market for everyone.
“To every individual, family, and friend who attended, your presence lit up the night just as much as the beautifully decorated Christmas tree, making the celebration truly memorable and extraordinary start to the holiday season,” the council added.
