By Rubén Morales Iglesias: Belmopan Football Club have kicked off the new year with their official pre-season training for the Premier League of Belize on Friday, January 3, 2025, at the Isidoro Beaton Stadium in Belmopan. This training session marks the beginning of an exciting journey for the club and its players as they prepare for the upcoming season after acquiring the Bandits Sports franchise.
Seventeen players, including two of their five foreign acquisitions—Mexican Gerardo Chavez and Colombian Yeider Salamanca—were present. Notable among the Belizean players was striker Danny Jimenez.
