Taste of Belize 2025, the country’s premier culinary showcase, brought together the best in Belize’s food and beverage industry for a day of fierce competition, cultural celebration, and professional development.
The event celebrated Belize’s rich cultural diversity and flavors with champions crowned in four competitive categories: Master Chef, Junior Chef, Pastry Chef and Bartender.
In addition to thrilling live competitions, Taste of Belize featured vibrant cultural performances, exquisite food samples and ultimately a feast for the senses. A new highlight this year was the introduction of free and exclusive Master Classes for professionals in the hotel, restaurant, and bar sectors. The master classes were led by industry experts from the American Culinary Federation, Travellers Liquors, Wine Smith Ltd., and Bowen & Bowen. The sessions provided hands-on training and insights, aimed at strengthening skills and knowledge in the hospitality sector.
