By Zoila Palma Gonzalez: Today, Belize’s Ambassador to Taiwan Dr. Candice Pitts joined Deputy Foreign Minister Chung-kwang Tien and other Ambassadors and Representatives at a luncheon in honor of participants in the National Development Course, Session 176.
The luncheon was organized by the Ministry of National Defense of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
Lt. Darius Ramos of Belize Defense Force is representing Belize in this course.
The participants of this course are introduced to the military and national defense system, diplomacy, and strategy policy, through lectures and practical experiences.
