By Zoila Palma: Belizean educators now have the chance to advance their careers in the United States through Participate Learning, an international education organization recruiting teachers for public schools in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia.
The program offers a competitive salary of up to US $55,000 annually, along with visa sponsorship and comprehensive relocation support for successful applicants.
Teachers selected will serve in preschool, elementary, or secondary classrooms on contracts lasting up to five years.
Participants receive a wide range of benefits, including round-trip airfare, medical insurance, and the option to bring their spouse and children. “At Participate Learning, we guide every educator through the visa process and support their cultural adaptation. It is a professionally and personally enriching experience,” said Ronald Ramírez, Recruitment Manager for Latin America.
Positions are open in Spanish Immersion (preschool and elementary), Spanish as a Foreign Language, and English as a Second Language (ESL).
