Garcia has been reported missing in Chetumal, Quintana Roo, Mexico.
Details of Garcia’s disappearance are sketchy and Mexican authorities are urging anyone with information to report it to the police.
Anyone in Belize with information on his whereabouts is urged to call the nearest police station.
