Belize Zoo to host “Wild Tales Dinner” in support of women in Conservation

By Zoila Palma: On June 14, 2025, the Belize Zoo will come alive after dark for a special event filled with stories, celebration, and wildlife encounters.

The “Wild Tales Dinner” promises an unforgettable evening in support of a powerful cause — the Sharon Matola Scholarship Fund, which empowers Belizean women pursuing higher education in conservation and environmental science.

Guests will enjoy a gourmet three-course dinner, a complimentary drink, and an exclusive guided tour of the Belize Zoo at night — a rare opportunity to witness the animals in their nocturnal element.

The event will also feature exciting raffles, prizes, and entertainment throughout the evening.

Tickets are priced at $100 BZD per person or $175 BZD per couple. All proceeds go directly toward the scholarship fund.
