This marks an exciting addition to our cruise arrivals.
The Belize Tourism Board (BTB) noted that a special plaque exchange was held on board with Captain Frederik Carsjens of Holland America Line to commemorate the occasion.
Representatives from the Belize Tourism Board, the Department of Immigration, Fort Street Tourism Village, APEX Shipping Agency Limited, Sea Charters, and the Customs and Excise Department were present to officially welcome the vessel and its crew.
“We look forward to the Koningsdam’s continued visits and the many guests who will experience what makes Belize unforgettable,” the BTB said.
