By Breaking Belize News Staff: Over the next 24 hours, according to the National Meteorological Service, relatively moist and somewhat unstable conditions will prevail. Skies will be sunny with cloudy spells today as a few showers or isolated thunderstorms are possible, especially over southern and coastal areas. Partly cloudy to cloudy skies tonight with a few showers and isolated thunderstorms developing late.
Average high temperatures forecast today will be 85 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 86 degrees in inland areas, and 77 degrees in the hills. Tonight’s low temperatures will be 78 degrees along the coast, 71 degrees inland, and 66 degrees in the hills.
Winds are easterly to southeasterly at five to 15 knots and seas at light chop.
Tides will be high at 12:25 this afternoon and 11:30 this evening and low at 5:08 this evening. The sun rose at 6:10 this morning and sets at 5:17 this evening.
Some showers and isolated thunderstorms are likely to affect most areas on Monday, then a few showers and isolated thunderstorms are expected to linger over the south and coast Monday night.
