By Breaking Belize News Staff: Cool and relatively dry conditions prevail according to the National Meteorological Service. Skies today will be variably cloudy with little or no rain for most areas except for periods of rain or a few showers lingering mostly offshore this morning and over some southern coastal areas later today.
High temperatures peak at 79 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 82 degrees inland and 70 degrees in the hills. Tonight, temperatures fall to 68 degrees along the coast, 63 degrees inland and 58 degrees in the hills.
Winds are northerly to northeasterly at 10 to 20 knots and sea state is moderate to rough; a small craft caution is in effect.
Tides will be high at 8:15 this morning and 6:50 this evening and low at 12:14 this afternoon. The sun sets at 5:46 this evening.
On Friday, skies remain variably cloudy and temperatures cool with periods of rain or a few showers over southern areas during the daytime, decreasing; little or no rain is expected elsewhere.
