Belize Weather: Showers dot forecast

By Breaking Belize News Staff: The National Meteorological Service forecasts sunny skies with cloudy spells today and tonight. Some showers will develop across the country today and mainly along the coast tonight.

High temperatures peak at 84 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 87 degrees inland and 76 degrees in the hills. Tonight’s low temperatures will be 77 degrees along the coast, 70 degrees inland and 64 degrees in the hills.

Winds will be easterly to northeasterly at five to 15 knots and sea state light chop.

Tides will be low at 8:39 this morning and 9:48 this evening and high at a quarter to three this afternoon. The sun sets at 5:39 this evening and rises at 6:26 Thursday morning.

Thursday sees a few showers mainly along coastal areas in the morning, decreasing by late afternoon.
