By Breaking Belize News Staff: The National Meteorological Service forecasts sunny skies today with a few cloudy spells and partly cloudy skies tonight. Showers or thunderstorms will be isolated except for a few more along the south coast late at night or early morning. A moderate easterly airflow prevails, with moisture continuing to decrease.
High temperatures peak at 85 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast; 89 degrees in inland areas and 78 degrees in the hills. Temperatures tonight will be 76 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast; 70 degrees inland and 64 degrees in the hills.
Winds will be easterly at ten to 20 knots resulting in choppy seas.
Tides are high as of 9:30 this morning. A low tide follows at 4:06 this afternoon and a high tide at 10:12 this evening. The sun rose at 5:47 this morning and will set at 6:05 this evening.
Thursday sees continued generally fair weather with only isolated showers, though a few more can be expected on the north coast.
