By Breaking Belize News Staff: The National Meteorological Service forecasts cloudy skies today, with outbreaks of showers and periods of rain affecting most areas of the country, but more so along central and northern districts. Tonight, skies will be partly cloudy and showers will be isolated.
Average high temperatures forecast today will be 80 degrees Fahrenheit in coastal areas; 77 degrees in the interior and 68 degrees in the hills. Tonight’s low temperatures will be 77 degrees along the coast, 68 degrees inland and 64 degrees in the hills.
Winds will be easterly to southeasterly at 10 to 20 knots with higher gusts, and sea state is moderate to rough. A small craft caution remains in effect for occasionally gusty winds and rough seas.
Tides will be high at 8:55 this morning and 7:41 this evening and low at 1:06 this afternoon.
The sun sets at 5:42 this evening and rises at 6:26 Tuesday morning.
On Tuesday fair weather prevails with windy conditions and isolated showers.
