By Breaking Belize News Staff: The National Meteorological Service forecasts mostly sunny skies today and clear to partly cloudy skies tonight. Showers will be isolated if there are any along with a a chance for slightly more developing over the south tonight as a moderate east to northeasterly airflow prevails.
High temperatures peak at 86 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 91 degrees in inland areas and 78 degrees in the hills. Tonight, temperatures fall to 78 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 70 degrees inland and 64 degrees in the hills.
Winds are easterly to northeasterly at five to 15 knots and sea state is light chop to choppy.
Tides are high as of 6:18 this morning. A low tide follows at 10:48 this morning and a high tide at 5:01 this evening. The sun rose at 5:39 this morning and will set at 6:08 this evening.
On Sunday, skies will be partly cloudy with isolated showers developing; a few more are expected over the south.
