Belize Weather: Fair weather continues, but cooldown expected

By Breaking Belize News Staff: A light airflow continues to support generally fair weather. Over the next 24 hours, according to the National Meteorological Service, expect sunny skies today with a few cloudy spells. Tonight, skies will be clear to partly cloudy. Showers will be isolated.

Average high temperatures forecast today will be 85 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 88 degrees in inland areas, and 78 degrees in the hills. Tonight’s low temperatures will be 77 degrees along the coast, 70 degrees inland, and 64 degrees in the hills.

Winds are easterly at five to 15 knots and seas at light chop.

Tides will be high at 11:38 this morning and 10:36 this evening and low at 4:17 this afternoon.

The sun rose at 6:09 this morning and sets at 5:17 this evening.

On Sunday morning, cloudy spells with a few showers and isolated thunderstorms to develop mainly along the coast and over the north. Showers will become isolated during the afternoon hours and at nighttime.
