By Breaking Belize News Staff: The National Meteorological Service forecasts mostly sunny skies today and clear to partly cloudy skies tonight. Showers will be isolated with a low chance for isolated thunderstorms over the Maya Mountains, developing during the afternoon or evening. Otherwise a light and mostly dry airflow prevails.
High temperatures peak at 87 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 91 degrees in inland areas and 78 degrees in the hills. Tonight’s low temperatures will be 78 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 70 degrees inland and 66 degrees in the hills.
Winds will be light and variable and waves slight at one to three feet.
Tides are low as of 7:37 this morning. A high tide comes at 2:21 this afternoon and a low tide at 10:52 this evening. The sun rose at 5:41 this morning and will set at 6:07 this evening.
Expect similar weather conditions for Friday.
