Belize Weather: Fair start to last days of 2025, but showers return later

By Breaking Belize News Staff: According to the National Meteorological Service, conditions will become more moist tonight and tomorrow. Over the next 24 hours, skies will be sunny with cloudy spells today and cloudy at times tonight. Showers will be generally isolated this morning; then a few more, along with isolated thunderstorms, are likely inland this afternoon. Tonight, a few showers or thunderstorms will affect mainly the coast.

The average high temperatures forecast for today are 82 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 86 degrees in inland areas, and 75 degrees in the hills. Tonight’s low temperatures will be 74 degrees along the coast, 70 degrees inland, and 66 degrees in the hills.
Winds are easterly at five to 15 knots, and wave action is light chop.

Tides will be low at 10:52 this morning and high at 5:01 this evening. The sun rose at 6:22 this morning and sets at 5:27 this evening.

It will be cloudy with a few showers and thunderstorms over most areas on Tuesday, then mainly over the coast Tuesday night.
