Belize Weather: Fair and mild

By Breaking Belize News Staff: According to the National Meteorological Service, generally fair weather prevails as skies today will be sunny with a few cloudy spells while cloudy at times tonight. Showers will be generally isolated except for a few more over some coastal areas later tonight.

High temperatures will reach 82 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast; 84 degrees over inland areas and 70 degrees in the hills. Tonight’s low temperatures will be 72 degrees along the coast, 66 degrees inland and 63 degrees in the hills.

Winds will be northerly to northwesterly at five to 15 knots and sea state light chop to choppy.

Tides will be high at 11:21 this morning and 10:20 this evening and low at 4:02 this afternoon. The sun sets at 5:21 this evening.

On Tuesday skies will be cloudy at times with some showers or periods of light rain starting along the coast, then scattered across the country before decreasing on the mainland and mainly affecting some coastal areas at night.
