Belize Weather: Drying out

By Breaking Belize News Staff: The National Meteorological Service forecasts sunny skies with cloudy spells today, along with a few showers and the chance for isolated thunderstorms mostly inland. Tonight, skies will be partly cloudy, with isolated showers and the chance for isolated thunderstorms over the south. Conditions are becoming less moist over the region.

High temperatures today are forecasted at 84 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 87 degrees in inland areas and 72 degrees in the hills, with lows tonight around 76 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast; 70 degrees in inland areas, and 64 degrees in the hills.

Winds are from the east at ten to 20 knots, resulting in choppy seas.

Tides will be high at 9:04 this morning and 9:32 this evening and low at 3:22 this afternoon. The sun rose at 5:48 this morning and will set at 6:05 this evening.

Wednesday will be generally fair with isolated showers or isolated thunderstorms developing.
