Belize Weather: Drier, windier conditions

By Breaking Belize News Staff: Drier conditions are setting in over the area according to the National Meteorological Service. Skies today will be mostly sunny and tonight clear to partly cloudy with only isolated showers if any.

High temperatures peak at 85 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 89 degrees in inland areas and 77 degrees in the hills. Tonight’s low temperatures will be 80 degrees along the coast, 75 degrees inland and 68 degrees in the hills.

Winds are easterly to southeasterly at 10 to 20 knots with higher gusts. Sea conditions are moderate to rough. A small craft caution remains in effect for occasionally gusty winds and locally rough seas.

Tides will be high at 9:34 this morning and 8:30 this evening and low at 2:00 p.m. this afternoon. The sun sets at 5:42 this evening and rises at 6:26 Wednesday morning.

Fair weather continues through Wednesday with windy conditions and only isolated showers if any.
