By Breaking Belize News Staff: According to the National Meteorological Service, skies will be cloudy, temperatures cool and breezes windy today with a few showers and periods of light rain mainly along the coast and over southern districts this morning; with showers and rain decreasing this afternoon. High temperatures today are forecasted at 75 degrees Fahrenheit for most areas and 68 degrees in the hills, with lows tonight around 68 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast; 61 degrees in inland areas, and 57 degrees in the hills.
Winds are from the north at 15 to 25 knots, resulting in rough seas. A small craft warning is in effect for strong gusty winds and rough seas, especially in northerly swells beyond the reef. Small crafts should seek safe harbour.
Tides were low at 7:36 this morning. The next high tide is at 1:40 this afternoon, followed by a low tide at 9:34 this evening. The sun rose at 6:14 this morning and will set at 5:57 this evening.
Tuesday sees variably cloudy skies and cool temperatures with the chance of light isolated showers offshore.
