By Breaking Belize News Staff: The latest weather forecast from the National Meteorological Service reveals that residents can expect fair and cool weather conditions across the country today. Skies will remain variably cloudy throughout the day and into tonight, with little to no rainfall anticipated.
Temperatures along the coast are projected to reach a high of 82 degrees Fahrenheit and a low of 71 degrees tonight. Inland areas will see slightly warmer conditions with highs of 83 degrees and lows dipping to 66 degrees. In the nearby hills, temperatures are expected to range from a high of 72 degrees to a low of 59 degrees.
Winds from the north-northwest are blowing between 10 to 20 knots with occasional gusts, leading to moderate to rough sea conditions. A Small Craft Caution is in effect; operators of small vessels are advised to exercise caution due to the occasionally gusty winds and locally rough seas.
There will be a low tide at 10:00 AM and a high tide at 4:14 PM, with another low tide expected at 9:20 PM. Tomorrow’s high tide will occur at 3:19 AM. The sun rose today at 6:02 AM and is set to dip below the horizon at 5:15 PM.
The outlook for Saturday is for similar weather conditions to prevail.
