By Breaking Belize News Staff: According to the National Meteorological Service, skies will be cloudy at times today and tonight. a few showers with a high chance of an isolated thunderstorm will likely occur around the country today, especially over northern and central areas. Shower activity will decrease later this evening then redevelop and could affect some coastal areas tonight. Somewhat moist and unstable conditions prevail over the area.
High temperatures today are forecasted at 84 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 87 degrees in inland areas and 80 degrees in the hills, with lows tonight around 77 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast; 70 degrees in inland areas, and 65 degrees in the hills.
Winds are easterly at ten to 15 knots, resulting in choppy seas.
Tides will be high at 11:05 this morning and 11:41 this evening, and low at 5:45 this evening. The sun rose at 6:08 this morning and will set at exactly six this evening.
On Friday, there will be cloudy skies at times. A few showers are possible mainly along the coast Friday morning, gradually spreading around the country by Friday afternoon. Then, shower activity will decrease Friday evening and become isolated Friday night.
