By Breaking Belize News Staff: Belizeans can expect another day of mostly fair weather as the general forecast for Thursday, September 4, 2025, calls for sunny skies with a few cloudy periods. Conditions will remain warm and mostly dry, with showers or thunderstorms expected to be isolated. However, the forecast notes that a few more showers are possible over southern areas tonight.
The marine outlook indicates light chop with waves between two and four feet. Winds are expected from the east to southeast at 5 to 15 knots, keeping seas generally calm. Temperatures are forecast to remain high, with the coast reaching 90°F (32°C) during the day and cooling to 84°F (29°C) at night. Inland areas will be warmer, peaking at 95°F (35°C) before dipping to 74°F (23°C), while the hills will see cooler conditions ranging from 84°F (29°C) during the day to 68°F (20°C) at night.
Tidal movements include a high tide at 7:01 a.m., a low tide at 2:39 p.m., another high tide at 8:38 p.m., and an early morning low tide tomorrow at 1:34 a.m. Sunrise was recorded at 5:39 a.m. with sunset expected at 6:03 p.m.
In the tropical Atlantic, a tropical wave is being monitored with potential to develop into a tropical depression later this week or weekend. While it currently poses no threat to Belize, forecasters will continue to track its progress.
Similar weather conditions are expected on Friday and into Friday night.
