By Zoila Palma: On March 19, 2025, the Belize Training & Employment Center (BTEC), a unit of BELTRAIDE, completed day one of their 2-day EmpowerHer: Lead with Inclusion & Emotional Intelligence Training.
This event, held at the ITVET Conference Room, Belize City, is in celebration of Women’s Month and aims to empower women through self-awareness, leadership, and resilience.
Participants engaged in dynamic sessions led by expert facilitators including:
