By Zoila Palma:  The Belize Tourism Board (BTB) is inviting the public to join in the celebration of World Tourism Day with a special Pop-Up Shop at Battlefield Park in Belize City on Saturday, September 27, 2025.

The event will run from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and will showcase the country’s vibrant tourism offerings.

Organizers say the pop-up will bring “all things tourism” to the heart of the city, giving residents and visitors a chance to connect with the industry in an interactive way.

Attendees will be able to learn more about Belize’s tourism products, services, and destinations while enjoying a lively afternoon experience.

The BTB also announced that guests can look forward to winning staycations and other prizes.

The event aims to highlight the importance of tourism to Belize’s economy and culture, while creating a fun, engaging atmosphere for families, friends, and community members.
