By Zoila Palma Gonzalez: The Belize Tourism Board, in collaboration with the Florida Cruise and Caribbean Association (FCCA), brought festive cheer to Belize City with its Annual Holiday Gift Project.
The holiday celebration took place at the House of Culture, where Santa Claus, accompanied by his jolly crew, made a grand entrance straight from the Sun Princess cruise ship.
The event, filled with Christmas spirit, featured Santa handing out gifts, snacks, and holiday entertainment.
A total of 75 children were treated to a fun-filled day, with music provided by a DJ and laughter thanks to Ozzie the Clown.
This heartwarming event wouldn’t have been possible without the dedicated efforts of the FCCA, which helped bring this beloved holiday tradition back to Belize.
The Belize Tourism Board also extended its gratitude to Premier Charters & Tours, Exotic Shore Excursions, Princess Cruises, Diamonds International, and Chukka Belize Ltd. for their invaluable support in making the holiday magic a reality.
