By Horace Palacio: Belize is set to enjoy another beautiful day of typical dry season weather, according to the National Meteorological Service’s general forecast for today, April 26, 2025.
An easterly airflow continues to dominate conditions across the country, supporting generally fair and warm weather. Belizeans can expect mostly sunny skies throughout the day, with only brief cloud interruptions. The nighttime hours will remain clear to partly cloudy, and while a few isolated showers are possible, widespread rainfall is not expected.
Marine conditions will remain favorable, with light winds from the east at 5 to 15 knots. Seas will be slight, with waves ranging between 1 to 3 feet, providing good conditions for boating and other marine activities.
Temperatures will rise to a warm 94°F inland and 87°F along the coast. Overnight lows will drop to 68°F inland and 79°F along coastal areas, offering comfortable sleeping conditions.
The outlook for Sunday and Sunday night suggests a continuation of these fair and dry conditions, making it a great weekend for outdoor activities.
