Belize represented at International Tourism Trade Fair in Madrid, Spain

By Zoila Palma Gonzalez: Belize is being represented at FITUR 2024, the International Tourism Trade Fair hosted in Madrid, Spain.

The fair is being held at the IFEMA Convention Center from January 24th to 28^th.

 FITUR is the global meeting point for tourism professionals and the leading fair for inbound and outbound markets in Latin America.

 Belize is well represented among the 8,500 plus exhibitors from around the world with a robust delegation which includes the Belize Hotel Association, Alaia Belize, Table Rock Lodge, and the Belize Tourism Board. 

The Belize delegation has the opportunity to meet and network with travel professionals and consumers (future travelers) interested in selling and visiting Belize.

Over the five days, the event will welcome over 136,000 representatives of large tour operators, online travel agencies (OTAs), and destination management companies (DMCs) ready to work with a new destination, hotelier, or tour operator, and over 86,000 consumers interested in booking their next vacation.
