By Zoila Palma Gonzalez: Today, the Belize Puncar Tour made one of its final stops at National Taiwan University of Science and Technology.
President of University, Dr. Yen Jia-Yush, and students were able to experience Belizean cuisines and enhance their awareness of Belize, Taiwan’s diplomatic ally in Central America.
The Belize food truck goes on tour around northern Taiwan from April 2nd until May 12th, and making a total of 18 stops at various locations.
The Embassy of Belize continues to foster cultural exchanges and people to people understanding between Belize and Taiwan.
