The Belize Postal Service joins the global postal community in celebrating World Post Day 2025 under the Universal Postal Union’s theme, “#PostForPeople: Local Service. Global Reach.”
The theme reflects the vital role of postal services in connecting communities locally while extending Belize’s reach to global markets.
Postmaster General Dr. Marsha Price reaffirmed the Belize Postal Service’s commitment to modernization, innovation, and customer service excellence.
“On this World Post Day, we celebrate our role as a bridge between people, businesses, and the world. The Belize Postal Service is evolving, expanding access, embracing technology, and serving every Belizean with trust and reliability.”
In alignment with this year’s theme, we have expanded our local services offered to our customers through the introduction of our first postal shops launched in Belize City, San Ignacio, San Pedro, Placencia, and Caye Caulker. Our Track & Trace App now provides real-time visibility on domestic parcels, with international tracking to follow.
Looking ahead, the Belize Postal Service’s future strategy includes e-commerce logistics and export facilitation for small business entrepreneurs, as well as collaborations with key stakeholders and the Universal Postal Union to facilitate trade, particularly for women entrepreneurs in Belize. We will also be updating our Belize Postal Service website to create an e-commerce platform for both local and international trade.
On this World Post Day, the Belize Postal Service will ensure that we continue to offer quality services to everyone, everywhere, connecting local communities to the world.
