By Zoila Palma: A group of Police Corporals has completed a one-week intensive training program led by the international team from Responders Without Borders at the National Police Training Academy.
The seminar focused on critical areas such as ethical decision-making, stress management, emotional resilience, tactical decision-making under pressure, and team cohesion — all aimed at strengthening officers’ effectiveness and well-being in the field.
Cpl Yannick Wade was recognized as “Most Outstanding,” while Cpl Juliet Sanchez received the “Most Improved” award.
The Belize Police Department, on behalf of Commissioner Dr. Rosado, thanked the Responders Without Borders team for their impactful contribution to officer development.
