Routes Americas is the region’s leading air service development event, bringing together senior professionals from airlines, airports, and destination organizations to discuss opportunities for expanding air connectivity.
Belize’s delegation included the Minister of State for Youth and Sports, Devin Daley; the Director of Tourism Evan Tillett; and members of the Aviation Development Committee, Anthony Hunt, Enrique Hoare, and Nicolás Gurwicz.
The Director of Tourism joined representatives from other Caribbean destinations on a special panel titled “Spotlight on the Caribbean: Aviation Connectivity.”
The Belize Tourism Board (BTB) noted that the panel brought together government leaders and tourism stakeholders to discuss practical and collaborative approaches to improving air connectivity across Caribbean island nations.
