By Zoila Palma:  Representatives of the Ministry of Economic Transformation CEO Carlos Pol and Leroy Martinez are representing Belize at the Green Climate Fund (GCF) Regional Dialogue with Latin America, taking place from September 15–17, 2025, in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.

The dialogue brings together National Designated Authorities and Accredited Entities to share knowledge and gain insights on the GCF’s new and existing procedures and modalities.

It also provides opportunities for bilateral meetings with the GCF and partner organizations to discuss ongoing and future initiatives.

Belize’s Accredited Entities, including PACT, the Development Finance Corporation (DFC), and the Caribbean Community Climate Change Centre (CCCCC), are also participating in the event.
