BMDC focuses on agriculture, food security, agro-processing and the development of Belizean producers.
BMDC says climate change makes it increasingly important to build a more resilient and sustainable agricultural sector that can adapt to changing conditions.
Throughout the week, participants are exploring opportunities related to climate-smart agriculture, innovation, technology, climate finance and the Orange Economy. The event also provides a platform for organizations and stakeholders to connect, exchange ideas and develop partnerships.
BMDC says its participation is aimed at identifying new opportunities to create greater value from Belizean agriculture while supporting producers and promoting sustainable development.
