By Breaking Belize News Staff: Belize remains under the influence of a moderate to fresh and dry easterly airflow, bringing more warm, sunny, and mostly rain-free weather as the dry season presses on. The National Meteorological Service reports that skies will be mostly sunny throughout the day, and tonight will remain clear to partly cloudy with little to no rainfall anticipated.
Winds will be blowing steadily from the east at 10 to 20 knots, maintaining moderate sea conditions. Waves will range from 4 to 6 feet, and temperatures will remain elevated, particularly inland where the mercury is expected to hit 96°F. Coastal regions will experience daytime highs around 89°F and mild overnight lows of 82°F. In the hills, temperatures will reach 84°F during the day and fall to 68°F overnight.
The outlook for Saturday continues this dry and sunny trend, with no major changes expected in weather conditions. Today’s tidal pattern features a low tide early this morning at 5:22 AM, a high at 11:31 AM, and another low at 7:19 PM. Tomorrow begins with a high tide at 1:42 AM. Sunrise was at 5:20 AM and sunset will occur at 6:17 PM. The moon set earlier this morning at 8:18 AM and will rise at 10:04 PM tonight.
