Belize District Football Association semifinals set for Friday

By Rubén Morales Iglesias: The Belize District Football Association (BDFA) Semi-Finals will be played Friday, January 31, 2025, at the Marion Jones Sports Complex in Belize City. The matches were to have been played last Friday but had to be called off due to rain.

The four top Belize City teams will be battling it out for a spot in the finals. The first match kicks off at 6:30 pm, with the undefeated Tutbay FC tackling the veteran team Lake-I FC. Tutbay are coming off an impressive season, but Lake-I are banking on their experience and resilience. Makes for a great clash.

The second match is scheduled for 8:30 pm, featuring Survivors FC against the newcomers Reggae Boyz FC. Survivors have exhibited great determination throughout the season, but the Reggae Boyz are eager to make the final in their debut season.
