Reyes assumed the role from Warrant Officer Class 1 Wilfredo Majano during the Belize Defence Force’s Intake #69 passing-out ceremony, held on July 15, 2026.
As Force Sergeant Major, Reyes will serve as the senior enlisted advisor to the Commander of the Belize Defence Force, providing guidance on discipline, standards, training, morale, and the welfare of soldiers across the BDF.
The ceremony also welcomed 134 new recruits from Intake #69, who successfully completed 18 weeks of intensive military training before beginning their service to Belize.
