By Aaron Humes: Police have formally arrested and charged Robert Arnold, 21, Belizean unemployed of Belize City for the crimes of Murder and Robbery.
Arnold is charged with the murder of Cruz Magana which occurred on Monday, June 3, in the Fresh Pond Community, Belize District.
A group of men visited Magana’s store as it was closing and held up his mother. He came to her aid and was shot and killed as the men left the premises.
