By Aaron Humes: Following the murder of Gaston Alfred Barrow, police have formally arrested and charged 30-year-old Joseph Gabourel Vaccaro, a local taxi operator, with murder today, Friday.
Barrow, a well-known figure in the area, was one of two persons shot while in the parking lot of Old Belize Adventure Park on September 28. One other person, Hance Card, was also shot while two women escaped unhurt.
