By Zoila Palma: Today, the Belize City Council, alongside their Youth Shadow Councilors, the Child Advisory Body of Belize City, and with the support of UNICEF, visited New Beginnings Youth Development Center to bring holiday joy to the boys and girls.
The team distributed Christmas presents, engaged with the children, and were treated to a beautiful dance performance by the girls and a lyrical music performance by the boys, a truly heartwarming moments that made the morning unforgettable.
The Belize City Council says that this initiative, a cherished tradition since 2021, continues to bring smiles, connection, and festive spirit to the children, ensuring that no one is left behind during the holiday season.
