By Zoila Palma: The Belize Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) has recognized 13 Legacy Partners for their longstanding support and commitment to the Expo Belize Market Place®, which recently celebrated its 30th anniversary.
The annual event has brought together businesses, consumers and communities for three decades, creating opportunities for businesses to showcase their products and services.
The BCCI honored partners whose support dates back to the inception of Expo Belize Market Place in 1996.
The 13 Legacy Partners recognized were Bowen & Bowen, GraceKennedy (Belize) Ltd., Belize Telemedia Limited (Digi Belize), Love FM/TV, KREM FM 96.5, 91.1, 101.1/XTV, Marie Sharp’s Fine Foods Ltd., Quality Poultry Products, Western Dairies Ltd., Wood Stop, Western Union, the Belize City Council, Santiago Castillo Ltd., and the Belize Tourism Board.
The BCCI says that the collective three-decade commitment of these partners represents more than a milestone, highlighting the importance of partnership and consistency in creating opportunities for Belizean businesses and the communities they serve. Their continued involvement has helped support Expo’s growth and sustainability throughout the years.
The BCCI expressed gratitude to the Legacy Partners for being part of Expo’s history and for growing alongside the annual marketplace.
